Maria Teresa Navarra

Teresa was born in Italy in 1968 and lived there until 2003. Educated at the Italian Grammar High School, she went on to study Art, Painting and Design at the “Reale Accademia di Belle Arti” in Naples, Italy, followed by a degree in Art Painting in 1991. Further on she obtained a Diploma in Painting and Decorating Techniques.
Her passion for creativity in every field – she also enjoys playing various musical instruments – has meant her life revolves around Art and Design environments. She has always been enthusiastic about Design, Illustration and Visual Communication and since she graduated she has been working with several Publishers, Multimedia and Advertising agencies in Italy, as well as successfully owning two by herself.
Thanks to a certificate in English Language and Grammar obtained in Italy, and to her father, who is an English teacher, she had the opportunity to join an Italian Blue Chip company operating in the UK, running a Repro Department and dealing with English speaking corporate customers as a Reprographic and Graphic Designer between 2003 and 2006.
After an adventurous 5 months experience in the Caribbean, where she worked as a retail clerk but ended up painting a mural in the shop instead for the last two months (Art again!), she decided with her partner Carl to head back to England and start their own Design & Promotion Company in September 2006.

Carl Simon Dalkin

Carl was born in Watford in 1974, however, he moved to the Aylesbury area at the tender age of 8 months where he has resided for most of his life. Educated at the Sir Henry Floyd Grammar School in Aylesbury, his enthusiasm for all things sport related took him on to study for a National Diploma in Leisure Studies at Amersham & Wycombe College.
His working life has always revolved around a sales and customer service based environment, including a decade in the Promotional Merchandise and Printing industry, purchasing and selling products all over Europe for trade distributors and attending exhibitions from the NEC to Dusseldorf, Florence and beyond. In 2001 he was appointed Sales Manager for a local Promotional Merchandise Supplier but it wasn’t long before he knew that running his own enterprise would be where his future lay.
Albeit only after two years of an exhilarating and life changing experience born out of a desire to explore the underwater world, Carl headed to Australia to work as a Scuba Diving Instructor, which included spending 5 months in Sydney. The underwater adventure continued with a year on the island of Grand Cayman in the Caribbean.
However, ‘home is where the heart is’, and back in Aylesbury with his partner, Teresa, Carl is now concentrating on building Fineye into a successful and reputable business where customers can be assured that their image and corporate identity is in safe and caring hands.
